The home was
being built by the sellers under Home Protection Office Registration #26167 as
owner builders.
It is
approx. 60% completed at this stage. There is a proper electrical permit
(#3776918), building permit (#3880-05-04 CSRD), Buds Water Well service placed
the well and it logs 300 gallons per day, The septic system was properly
installed to Health Canada Standards with certification (#14-095-00476) on Dec
3, 2008, and the plumbing permit was taken out by Joe Woroby, Celista Plumber
(#3980-02-82). Everything is transferable to the new owners.
The home is
approximately 40ftx28ft interior footprint with 10 foot ceilings on the main floor
and 9 Ft ceilings in the lower walk out level. Designed as a passive solar system
which allows the warmth of the winter sun and the shade from the summer sun.
The basement foundation was poured using ICF Full block insulation forms with
12" walls. The electrical was wired inside of the vapour barrier in a framed out
