The marina was engineered by Worley Parsons and constructed by Blue Water systems at a cost of approx $3.3 million. It has an amazing break water system to protect boats. Even in severe storms, the water inside the marina is calm. As a bonus, many residents use the wide concrete breakwater "sidewalks" as places to sit, swim, and enjoy the lake.
2. The cabin is very efficient and has comfortably accommodated a family of four plus guests for our 15 years here.
