You are buying a share in the ownership of the RV campground. There are 20 owners of the company. The seller is one of the owners; in fact they own 2 shares so they'll still be owners after selling this share. The sale of this share allows the use of site #7 and the improvements plus the RV; all as is. Once you are an owner, you have the ownership rights and privileges which include the assets of the company. A few years ago; each of the 20 owners put in $10,000 to pay for a $200,000 electrical upgrade. The upgrade was to remove all the overhead wires and put everything underground and updated everything too. New service and each site has a 30Amp breakers; some sites have 50Amp.
